What is the make/model of the tv?What specific problem are you having, what functions are not working?
Without the model number it is difficult to give you an accurate answer.
It should be printed on a sticker on the back of the tv.
What internet content are you trying to access, and how?Trying to use netflix via the dtv box? A built in app on the tv itself?

The message you are getting indicates a fault with the box,
try unplugging power to the dtv box for 60+ seconds to reboot,
if no change you need to check that there is an ethernet connection from one of the dtv boxes to your router, or that it is properly configured to the wifi network if applicable.
