I have a red x and a number 1 under it from my ATT Uverse service
JA: How long has this been going on?
Customer: 3 days
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: called ATT twice for 45 mins each and they couldnt do anything...reset the model, then hard reset of the tv box
JA: What's the make and model of your tv, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: panasonic 50-inch viera HD -- 4 years old

2- What video devices/ sources (such as cable box DVD player etc) are connected to TV and does the problem occur on all video input sources?
