Not sure why you cannot reply, so I will go with the information given so far.
Since you are on HDMI, this will be an issue with your tv channel provider's box/dvr. Please perform this procedure to reset your provider's box/dvr:
- leave the tv On.
- locate the POWER cord for your provider's box/dvr and unplug it from the wall outlet.
- count to 5 then plug that power cord into the wall.
- observe the tv screen as the provider box/dvr boots up.
- eventually normal operation will return.
