What is connected to this tv ?
Cable box,satellite,dvd,games etc. ?

Also ,Can you please give me the bar`s model number written on the back cover ?

The wireless feature (Bluetooth ) works on the Samsung tv series 6400 and higher , yours is the 6350

This is from your manual by the way ;

Listening to TV Sound through Samsung Bluetooth Audio

MENU > Sound > Speaker Settings > TV SoundConnect

This function is only available with the LED 6400 series and higher

As I was saying this sound bar has bluetooth capability but the tv does not , on the other hand the tv is capable of multiroom link through the wifi but the sound bar is not , it is Bluetooth only so this gets back to either optical or HDMI connection .

Here is how you can connect that sound bar using HDMI and that would be the best type of connection

Leave the HDMI connected to the tv but pull the other end out of the cable box to connect it in the sound bar`s HDMI OUT then use that second hdmi cable to connect the cable box into the bars HDMI IN and set the sound bar input (SOURCE on the remote) to HDMI and you`re done , sound and picture .

Just remember to turn of the equipment while you do the wiring .

Now you are saying something about the tv not working ???

Saw your other post and I`m not an employee here ,not privy to any of the money matters and you will have to go back to customer service to get your refund .
