I cannot find any such model (E8001-A3E). Please, verify what the model name is ***** ***** I can give you the instructions for resetting the TV back to factory defaults. Doing so, will fix the problem for you. If you already know how to go to Menu > System > Reset TV to Defaults, please do that, test Netflix and report back to me with your results.
