When Off, the Vizio indicator light is what color please? ...and when attempting to turn On, it changes to what color?
And when "...tv...does not come on...", any indicator light(s) lit? ...blinking?

The described symptom would almost always point to an internal hardware issue.
Are you then considering a DIY (do-it-yourself) repair approach? If yes, do you have access to and familiar with a multi-meter and even perhaps a soldering iron?
...merely assessing the situation and determining possible approach.
