My Pioneer Plazma TV model #PR0607PU has sound but no picture.This happened after a recent power outage.
The TV on button is flashing a blue light it blinks 13 times then pauses, might this be a malfunction code?

I am the person that will be helping you today.

Often times, this issue can be resolved by cold booting the tv. This is done by unplugging the power to the tv, waiting 1 minute, plugging the power back in, and turning it on. Did that help?

I cannot find the PR0607PU model. Please, verify that the correct model name was given.

PRO-607PU It is the Elite model ,It was purchased in 2008.

Thank you for the update. Please, follow the instructions below and update me with your results.

- Turn the TV off. In standby mode, press home menu.
- Within 3 sec turn tv on , Integrated Menu will appear.
- Hold Display button until Final Setup appears in the top menu.
- Arrow left or right until yes appears in lower menu.
- Hold enter until menu disappears.
- Wait 1 min.
- Power tv off and unplug from the wall for 5 or more min.
- Turn it back on.

Is there any change?

I'll have to do this tomorrow, the TV is set up thru a receiver and a cable box. all of that is plugged into a power surge unit.
I'm not sure which remote you are directing me to use as I use the cable one normally. Therefore the one that came with the TV
is not used.
