Have a panasonic plasma TV that stopped working. It does not

Customer Question

Have a panasonic plasma TV that stopped working. It does not seem to want to turn on. It is a TH42PZ85U. The red on/off light showing on just blinks twice, pause then blinks twice again. We can not get any screens of adjustment along with any TV shows. Help!

Hello and Welcome. My name is ***** ***** I'll assist you today. I'm sorry you're having trouble with it. I need additional info to troubleshoot the issue.

1- How old is the TV and how long it have had the problem?
2- What video devices/ sources (such as cable box DVD player etc) are connected to TV and does the problem occur on all video input sources?
Thanks.
