Hello, In order to determine what's causing this, I need much more information.

1) What is the full model number found on the back of the TV?

2) How do you normally get viewing on the set (whom is your Cable/SAT provider)? Is there a BOX used to change channels?

3) Do you also have the original Panasonic remote nearby?
