Have you tried to reboot cable box and select correct HDMI input in TV?
OK, is there any other video device hooked into HDMI input of TV and works fine?
Sorry about confusion, I meant Bluray player etc hooked in HDMI input of TV, this test will confirm that HDMI input of TV is working then we will try cable box into that working HDMI input.
Well, thats what I'm trying to figure out, DVD/Bluray player test will help to narrow down the issue to see if Samsung HDMI inputs are working or not and this will help to determine if Samsung is bad or cable box has got internal issue and not sending out video signal to TV.
Please connect a DVD/luray player to HDMI input of TV, play a disc, select correct HDMI input in TV if picture appears that means TV is fine and cable box is defective.
