Just forget this as I can see this is just a rip off. Going to refuse charge

Taking a closer look at the specifications for this model tv, it says that QAM Cable is NOT supported. That means if your provider uses decoder boxes to get Digital Channels then you will have to connect that box to this Tv if you want to get all the channels they are sending.
