Our cable man said a sensor was probably bad. tv sometimes will then may not turn on and off. Netflix will freeze up after loading. sometimes will not turn off. We have been unplugging it for a few secs and plugging it back. Works for a few and we unplug and start over. TIRED!!!!

Hello, It's not a sensor that's bad if Netflix is freezing as well. I know what causes this in your set, and I need more info to help you:

1) What's the model number off of the back of the Vizio?

2) How old is it?
