the sound on my tv just went out...like it's muted. The sound bar is not muted nor is the volume on the tv muted. we shut everything down and rebooted. but still no sound. my cable is working fine with sound on the other tvs. Can someone help me"

Please re-boot any satellite or cable box you may be using by unplugging the box from wall-power wait 5 mins then re-plug back in again, it will be a good idea to do the same with the TV at the same time.

We find software glitches within the box can cause this, rebooting corrects

I'm sorry for the late response. On my tv, Vizio says free lifetime support. You can call (they were closed), email support or get online support (that's when I got you).
