Also please get the beginning of model number from the TV.

As asked, WHEN DID this occur? In other words- first time setup of this box, or was it working fine before?

I can't take a phone call- sorry. The site sends that offer to you automatically- it's not anything I have any control over.

IF YOU'RE using coaxial cable from the box to the TV, then you need to run a channel scan, which is kind of an in depth affair.

So instead of doing that, plead get me the brand and model number off of the front of the cable box.

just give me my money back.
