Customer Question

I am still having a concern. We ruled out that it was the Roku or the HDMI cable. I unplugged the TV overnight and then plugged it back in while simultaneously holding the power button in on the set. We have a Roku with the red, white, and yellow jacks. I have connected that to the TV and the TV is not recognizing the Roku. What now?

OK, have you tried to select correct video input in TV to get Roku picture?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
My choices are Bluetooth, satellite, HDMI -3, blu-Ray, and blu-Ray. I have tried all of them and just get a solid blue screen.

What is the label of red-white-yellow input of TV where you hooked the Roku?

Please select that video input of TV to see if TV shows Roku logo or home screen?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
I don't understand what you mean by label. Also there is no input that says video.
Expert:  Shahid replied 8 months ago.

Where did you connect that red-white-yellow cable into TV coming from Roku box?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
At the back of the TV into colored jacks.
Expert:  Shahid replied 8 months ago.

I understand, those jacks would be labeled with some thing like Video-1 or Component-1 etc

Expert:  Shahid replied 8 months ago.

There is one set of colored jacks on rear of TV and other is on side panel.

Is it possible for you to connect the Roku along with HDMI cable to any other TV to confirm the Roku box is working?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
The Roku box does work. On the side of the tv there is a place for video input but the jacks are colored green, blue, red, and two jacks for audio that are white and red.
Customer: replied 8 months ago.
The plugs are white, yellow, and red.
