-Who is your tv channel provider? comcast or directv or?
-When the tv goes black, if you grab the original Panasonic tv remote and press MENU, does the tv menu come up on the screen?

yep I am here... Didn't get a full reply. Did you see this part of my reply:
Do you normally change channels with the Comcast remote?
Please try rebooting the comcast box:
-leave the tv On
-locate the POWER cord for the comcast box and unplug it from the wall
-wait 20 seconds and plug the power cord back in
-watch the tv screen as the box boots back up
-test for normal operation
