Please re-try with the model number. Could be something like an SB3821-C6 ?
For test purposes, please unplug the soundbar for an extended period of time. The idea is to simulate a soft reset and discharge any residual power in the Vizio.
Thereafter, try again but use a different outlet.
This is very critical - this simulated soft reset however would not be corrective of an internal hardware concern; but it would be confirmed. In some instances, it may even expose/cause other issues.
