Hi there,

What is the model number of your TV?

Approximately how old is it?

What all inputs have you tried?

Are all inputs affected?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
Hi Pete,
The serial no. Is. TH-P42G15A
Manufactured 2010
Not sure what inputs means.
Regards,
Robert.

Hi Robert,

By inputs, I mean what all do you watch on it?

e.g. antenna/aerial TV, DVD player, VHS player; and how are they connected? (e.g. with HDMI cables)

Are all input types affected the same way?

What happens if you view the on-screen menu - can you see ghosting on it as well, or does it appear ok?

Pete,
I was under the impression it was going to cost $39.00 all up. Now you are requesting a further $39.00 what is going on?

There is only one charge for your question - you may have received an automated offer for an additional service that appears to be from me - you can simply ignore that if it is not of interest to you.

I still need t know what all do you watch on the TV?

e.g. antenna/aerial TV, DVD player, VHS player; and how are they connected? (e.g. with HDMI cables)

What happens if you view the on-screen menu?

Why no answer?
Customer: replied 11 months ago.
Hi Pete,
Sorry for misunderstanding.
The TV is the only piece of equipment effected by the red ghosting.
The on screen menu is not effected.
Regards
Robert.

Ok, then that suggests a problem with the input signal - either the input device, the input cable, or the input board inside the TV has a fault.
