Sorry to hear you’re having trouble, Willie.
If you are having problems with tv channels, that is not a uverse modem issue.
Unplug power to the uverse cable box, the one attached to the tv, for 60+ seconds to reboot it.
If no change, please let me know the make/model of the tv, and what other inputs you are using (dvd, etc) and if you have issues with picture or sound on other inputs.
