Hi, I need more info here:
1) Was the TV working before with your streaming services?
2) Is this the first time setting it up?
3) How far away from the router is the TV?
4) What is the model number off of the back of the TV?
Thanks for the reply. 30 feet is a stretch and can definitely cause connectivity dropouts on the TV. However to see if that is even the issue here, if you go into the internet settings on the TV and perform a signal strength test, what kind of strength is the TV showing?
