Hello and Welcome. My name is ***** ***** I'll assist you today. I'm sorry you're having trouble with it. I need additional info to troubleshoot the issue.

- Did you disconnect SU and SD boards at same time or one by one to troubleshoot the issue?
Thanks.

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
Same time
Expert:  Shahid replied 6 months ago.

OK, one board should be disconnected separately while the other is connected to figure out what board is bad, disconnect SU while SD is connected to see if power light blinks 7 times or not, then connect SU and disconnect SD and again check which will help to determine what board is defective.

Do you have related troubleshooting guide?

Thanks.

3. Removed su41,sd42,sd46....results were solid red light, although this time I saw no green light on sc card and no bluish rectangles n screen.

Do you have related troubleshooting guide?

You would need to remove screws of Su/SD board during test mentioned in troubleshooting guide.
