Hello, I'm assuming you mean the volume won't go down on the Lifestyle system that the remote controls? In other words, if you go to the Lifestyle itself and press volume up or down, will the volume change? Also please elaborate- is the system playing music right now?

Please only send one reply and then wait for me to reply. What is connected to the Bose for sources right now? In other words is it the TV sound you're trying to listen to right now? What happens if you put a DVD in and try playing that?
Customer: replied 6 months ago.
It's just the volume everything else work fine
