Hello, The HDMI Inputs will be greyed out when either the HDMI cable loses connection, or the Inputs have been "Hidden" in the TV's MENU. If you have no hidden them then please try a reboot of the DTV box. Shut off the TV and unplug the DTV box from power. Disconnect and reconnect the HDMI cable on both ends making sure it's secure. Then plug the DTV box back into power. Once it reboots turn on the TV and see if you can select the correct HDMI port. If NOT simply reply back and I will dig up how to hide/unhide the Inputs.

Okay, on this set- they don't have a way to manually grey out the Inputs- which is bad news in some cases as it could mean the HDMI processing on the set has failed. Please try that reboot and if that does not work, do you have another HDMI cable you can try please?
