This morning while changing our samsung plasma tv from one

Customer Question

Hi this morning while changing our samsung plasma tv from one channel to another sound went out. Checked all connections and all look fine. Using external surround system and sound for tv as well as surround does not work. However switch surround to tsdio and no idsues sound works on speaker system. Not sure how to get sound back. Cannot locate SAP setting in menu.
JA: Thanks. Can you give me any more details about your issue?
Customer: No sound on tv or on tv with surround.
JA: OK got it. Last thing — TV Technicians generally expect a deposit of about $18 to help with your type of question (you only pay if satisfied). Now I'm going to take you to a page to place a secure deposit with JustAnswer. Don't worry, this chat is saved. After that, we will finish helping you.
