Expert:  Anthony_Infotech replied 8 months ago.

OK I need you to reboot both the TV and the box by unplugging both from the wall for 5 mins then replug both back in again, let everything boot back up and try again let me know if there is any change before we move on

Nope
Expert:  Anthony_Infotech replied 8 months ago.

And the cable is a box?its not straight from the wall?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
Yep, it's a box.
Expert:  Anthony_Infotech replied 8 months ago.

OK it would have been a different scenario if it was straight from the wall, there is a problem with the box all the channel and sound processing comes from the box you will need to ring your provider in the first instance and ask them if they can do anything there end if not the box will need to be swapped

The TV is ruled out because its OK with other channels
