Hello and sorry you're having problems. Can you please get the model number off of the back of this TV please?

Also, how long have you owned it for and when did this issue occur?

How are you going about resetting the TV- simply unplugging it, or resetting the TV to factory defaults?

Lastly, have you tried a different HDMI cable from the box to the TV?
