Facing TV Problems? Ask a TV Technician.
Hello, I need the model number off of the back of the TV please.
Also, have you ever connected the TV to your Internet network?
Do you have a Netflix account?
Please postback with details and we can proceed.
Thanks. What do you mean "No just to the cable"?
Also, sorry, but that model number does not show up in any search, so it's one or two digits off. Can you please check again?
I found the model I think you meant- "60PB6650-UA"? Understood on the cable.
Do you have a Wi Fi router next to the TV?
You can't get any type of internet content on the TV without a router.
SO, not sure how you want to proceed here.
What you need, is a router somewhere close to the TV, to run a Cat5 (Ethernet) cable from the TV to the router. Then you will need to run through the Internet setup in the TV (Setup--->Network), and enter the name of your router and the password. Then the TV will run a connection test, and when that is completed, you will be connected to the internet.
Since you don't have a Netflix account, you will need to go on their website and sign up for one:
From there, once you have an account, you will register your TV and receive and "Activation Code" which you will enter on the TV screen when prompted after you launch the Netflix APP.

You're welcome, and sorry it's not a quick fix! One you perform those steps above though, you will be able to get Netflix on the set. If you need further assistance let me know. Please do not forget to click at least a 3 STAR RATING, at the top of the page for my efforts. You can follow up at any time if needed.
