Are you getting any specific error code/message ever?Are other apps (amazon, hulu, youtube, etc) working?
Thanks for confirming. That is a sign in error.
Go into your netflix account on your computer, under settings/account, then under Devices, and deauthorize all devices.
Unplug power to the tv for 5 minutes
turn back on, and then go into netflix again and it should prompt you to sign in.
