We have a Vizio Model E601i-A3E Smart TV. Netflix does not

We have a Vizio Model E601i-A3E Smart TV. Netflix does not work anymore. When we click on the Netflix button to engage, it ask us to then hit "ok" to launch Netflix. The 3 red dots just keep blinking back and forth until a warning appears "unable to connect to nextflix. Please try again or visit www.netflix.com/help." We have done this with no luck. Is there a way to delete the current Netflix on the TV and start all over?

Are you getting any specific error code/message ever?
Are other apps (amazon, hulu, youtube, etc) working?

Amazon and Hulu do work, but we don't use them.

Thanks for confirming. That is a sign in error.

Go into your netflix account on your computer, under settings/account, then under Devices, and deauthorize all devices.

Unplug power to the tv for 5 minutes

turn back on, and then go into netflix again and it should prompt you to sign in.
