I use Dish and have three TV's in our home. Two of the TV's receive a signal and one a Hitachi TV comes on but we receive a no signal sign. We called Dish and they tried but could not get anything through their Box. They asked if we had a Hitachi Remote as they believe it is in the TV? Can you help?

There are simple checks to confirm if its a box problem the first check is press the menu button on the set itself or on the sets own remote control does the menu come up?
