Hello

Welcome

So is that digital channels from an antenna?

Anthony

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
When I run the scan, it picks up analog channels. I have the cable hooked up. I ran the scan both cable and air settings.
Customer: replied 10 months ago.
No cable box, just cable to tv

OK was the set previously working OK?

You just lost the digital channels out of the blue?

When you say you ran air was that connected to an antenna?or you just ran air via cable?

Customer: replied 10 months ago.
Brand new tv. No antenna. I just ran the scan under both air and cable.

Hello, Aric here- I'm a different expert. Whom is your cable provider please?

Also, do you have other sets in the house that are working without a cable box?

When was the last time you used this cable?
