Do you have the back off the set observing the fans?

OK switch the set off observe the fans closely, switch the set ON , now before the set shuts down to 11 blinks the fans may turn for that short period however there may be one not turning that will be the culprit, 11 blinks is a fan error

Have you tried manually spinning the fans and trying the procedure again of switching the set on and monitering the fans
