The problem is in the service menu...I got thecdisplsy, 5, Vol up, and then power. The picture is fine, just the display is not showing. When I got the vol there is no bar showing. When u hit the tv/video button no words displayed to show computer or DVD etc

So basically you got no OSD (on screen display) , is that correct ?

How about the menu , does it show up ?

More important , did you have OSD before entering the service menu ??

we had display . We replaced the lamp and our brilliant counsin went into the service menu and we now have no display, but everything else is worki by fine
