I have received a download to upgrade my Samsung Smart TV. Currently, I am unable to watch any Samsung apps or stream on TV. The Tv is plug and play. I was asked for my password ***** UID to open the download. It will not take my UID. I need help as the TV and internet are not connected. I don't know what kind of USB to buy to effect the download.
