Did it work before?If it won't connect, you may have a defective wifi adapter in the tv (extremely common), are using the wrong password, or have a glitch in the router.
Unplug the router 60 seconds to reboot, then try again. If you're sure you're using the right password, let me know how far the router is from the tv.
