We have a Panasonic 58" wall mount tv and are hooked up with Comcast cable tv. Tuesday am when we turned on tv it came on for 15 seconds and then went off. The red power light on tv just blinks. Have you heard of this happening and how do you correct.

Now the set as you prob know does have a problem that could be main or powerboard (generally) are you able to perform any work yourself with the set?it will mean using a volt/ohm meter and ultimately replacing a board?
