That might be a little noisy?? Have you tried resetting the network address in the TV menu?

So I can tell you how to find your IP address.
Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tap Search. If you're using a mouse, point to the upper-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer down, and then click Search. Enter cmd in the search box, and then tap or click Command Prompt. Let me know when you are there.
At the prompt, type ipconfig and let me know what it reads please.

Are the rest of the addresses of the 10.0 configuration?

Are you at the network setup on the TV?
Does it tell you what the IP address is of the TV?
I presume it is set for automatic?
Is the IP address similar to the one on your computer?
How do you have your TV connected to your network router? Is there a cable running from the TV to the Comcast modem?
Do you have other computers connected okay wirelessly?
Okay, let's try setting the TV network manually. Change the IP mode to manual then for the IP address use 10.0.0.50, subnet mask use 255.255.255.0 and for the default gateway use 10.0.0.1 then let me know when you finished.
As long as you were in manual mode the settings should have remained?
I understand the frustration. Having it connected directly would make it a lot easier. The automatic settings should then be sufficient.
I have one similar but never had that much trouble with it.
Also, once you enter the IP information should you need to do that again, once you enter the addresses then press menu again on the remote and that should save the settings. I would recommend you wire it directly if that is possible. That will also give you a faster link than what the wireless link can give you.
