MY picture is confined to the upper right quadrant, and i have no way of expanding the picture or using tivo to watch the playoff college football game.

Reboot your Comcast box please by unplugging it from power for 10 seconds then plugging it back in. Once it's rebooted let me know if you have the same problem.

i use a tv remote that is for tivo...and it controls tivo and the live tv

Hello , my name is ***** ***** different tech. here .

First thing to do right now is to disconnect the power from everything , that is the tv , tivo, cable box (what you call modem) etc. for 30 secs and trying it again .

Note that it may take a couple of minutes for everything to reboot , just give it time and if that doesn`t work then please let me have the tv`s full model number .

Otherwise please do rate positively if everything is back to normal
