Yes , the menu is in Spanish and you are on the wrong input by the look of it .

Now we`ll start by getting you back on the correct input ;
On the TV's remote , (not cable box remote) at the top there is the INPUT button , press that button repeatedly to toggle through the inputs and get back to the one where the cable box is connected .

Do you happen to know how the cable box is connected to the tv , what kind of cable (s) ??
Try to set the tv to channel 3 or 4 if you are connected coaxial .
Just press the digits 03 or 04 on the TV's remote
O.k but does that look like a regular cable plug like antenna/cable plug ?
I`m sure they are but I need to know the type you have so I will know where to set your tv

- Have you tried to unplug TV and cable box power cords from wall outlet for 10 minutes to reset, replug back in, let cable box reboot, select correct video input of TV and check?If not yet, can you try it now and reply back with the result?
