Can you still see the Netflix app on the TV?
Are you getting an error message when you try to connect?
This can happen if the wifi signal to the TV is slow or suffering interference.
Try using a wired connection to the TV temporarily and confirm if the Netflix app then works ok?
Ok, the TV has got some corrupted or conflicting information after the update and is unable to connect to your home network.
The factory reset on the TV should have sorted this.
Since it did not, try connecting the TV to a different network, let me know if it works there, then try connecting to your own network again.
If it won't work on a wired connection either, then this is a very strange problem.
