Hello, I’m Nathan, and I’ll be assisting you today. My livelihood depends on your positive feedback, so your satisfaction is my highest priority.

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble.

Do any of the other hdmi ports work?
What are you using with hdmi2 currently?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
HDMI 1 and 2 work can't get 3 to work. It's lite in grey not black
Expert:  Nathan replied 1 year ago.

Earlier you said 2,

go into the tv setup menu, look for Input Labels, and make sure that the hdmi3 port is not disabled or "hidden", to turn it back on.

If no change, please tell me what source you're trying to use on 3, and specifically test that same source on 1/2

I want to connect a Roku
Expert:  Nathan replied 1 year ago.

Which hdmi is the dvd?
I'm asking you to try the roku on one of the working (hdmi1 or hdmi2) ports, and to try something else (cable/dvd) on hdmi3.
