What is the full model number off of the back of the TV please?
Also, how do you get your cable broadcasts on the set- is it through a cable/SAT box? Or direct coaxial cable to the TV please?
Thank you. Please try rebooting everything by disconnecting the cable box and the TV from power for at least 60 seconds and plug them back in. Once everything reboots let me know if you see the Samsung logo come up on the screen.
