Customer Question

I have a new Samsung flat panel TV. I've connected it to a Wireless Lorex security receiver that receives a video signal from a Lorex wireless standard resolution camera.
After a few minutes the TV goes from perfect illumination to fairly dark. What is happening? Is the static video signal causing the TV to do a brightness step down? How can this be overridden?
Thank you!!

Hello, and sorry you're having problems. We are now connected on this website- which saves you money over having a Tech come to your home, and in many cases we can fix the problem you're having.

What's the model number off the back of the Samsung TV?

What is the model number of the Lorex DVR?

How are the two devices connected (VGA cable, HDMI cable, etc.)?

Does the TV go dark with any other sources (cable/SAT box, DVD player, etc.)?
