- Can you do soldering work on circuit boards inside TV if want to repair it yourself OR need diagnosis and cost on repair info?
- What video devices/ sources (such as cable box DVD player etc) are connected to TV and does the problem occur on all video input sources?

I can do the solder work, but request instruction on having repairs done. I have two tuners, one connected to Cox cable, and the other to Directv. Both have same resulting screen, but it's less on Directv. Same on all inputs.

OK, this kind of problem mostly occurs due to failing capacitors on DM board, replacement of bad capacitors will help to resolve the issue, there is repair kit available a following supplier link contains required parts and detailed instructions to carry out repair..
