my tv was flipping around so i called for service & it was commited for fri,dec 11 ..later
on i went over to the tv & rememberd a simular happening a few yrs ago so i did what
the service man did ... i turned on the tv and punched the button on the black box
that supplies the HD,, & the fluttering went away!!!! so i want to cancel my service

Wrong place. You need to call the number you called to cancel that appointment, or you'll be charged for the trip to your home.
