Hi , I`m Jack
Perhaps I can help you with this problem but first could you please send me a reply when you see this ?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Sure
Expert:  Jack replied 1 year ago.

Hello , can you see the tv`s own menu ?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No. The screen is all white. If I hold the tv at just the right angle, I can see the outline of the menu box.

O.k then the only thing you did not replace and should`ve started with i`m afraid is the t-con board and if that doesn`t do it ((which i would doubt) then the panel is bad

Expert:  Jack replied 1 year ago.

Can you see the t-con in the upper center at the back of the panel ?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
how is this t-con board accessed? I swapped out every circuit board that was easily accessible. I can still return the other boards.
Expert:  Jack replied 1 year ago.

Can you see the t-con ?

As i said above , it will be in the tv`s upper center and under a metal shield you have to unscrew , may be in between 2 layers of the chassis as well but there is a large lvds cable that will run from the main board to it

Expert:  Jack replied 1 year ago.

Let me see if i can show it to you

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I do recall a metal shield in the upper center of the back. I have to dismantle just about the whole tv to get to it.
Expert:  Jack replied 1 year ago.

Yes some of those tv`s do not make it easy

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I'll order the part and give it a shot. Thanks
Expert:  Jack replied 1 year ago.

Only thing that can possibly cause that beside the panel

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I understand. I'd like to swap out the board before submitting feedback.
Expert:  Jack replied 1 year ago.

No problem

By the way , not asking you to rate but was just thinking ;

This board will either fix the tv or the panel is the problem in which case you can put the axe to it so either ways you got your answer .

Let me know how that goes
