Then connect the power to the wifi router and wait 5 minutes.
Power on the TV and tell me if you can now get access please.

On the back of it is a reset button, using a paperclip, hold the button in for 10 seconds then release.
Wait 5 minutes and power off the Tv from the wall, power it on and tell me if it now connects please.
