Try the following:
Using TV remote, hit MENU, then scroll left right to INITIAL SETUP click enter. Then go down to INTERNET SETUP click enter. Go down to INTERACTIVE SERVICE click enter. Change from NO TO YES.
You should now be able to use the interactive services.
Ok, that sounds like the Parental lock code - do you have a code set on the TV? If so, enter that code.
