Hi John and Susan,

Try the following:

Using TV remote, hit MENU, then scroll left right to INITIAL SETUP click enter. Then go down to INTERNET SETUP click enter. Go down to INTERACTIVE SERVICE click enter. Change from NO TO YES.

You should now be able to use the interactive services.

I can get to the point of Internet setup then interactive service but There is not an option for a yes or no to change. It asks for a 4 digit code at this point. It says "enter your secret code". Also the sound does not work at all. All audio settings have been disabled and not accessible. It could be related to this code issue. Is is possible to do a reboot of the system and reset this password ***** that could help?

Ok, that sounds like the Parental lock code - do you have a code set on the TV? If so, enter that code.
