I'm here now and typing an answer for you.
Your TV has set on Store Demo mode and we need to turn it Off so follow the below mentioned procedure please and you wont need TV remote for it..
Turn On TV, press the Volume button on TV, when volume display appears on screen, press and hold Menu button on TV for more than 5 seconds. This will turn Off Store Demo mode in TV.
