My Vizio Smart Tv was hooked up to wireless U-Verse internet. I t continually shuts off during a movie on Netflix and says I'm not hooked up to the internet. Can you help with this problem?

Hi, Is Netflix the ONLY thing the TV shuts off with? In other words are you able to view cable or another source with no issues?
