It is a full HD TV, but you need a digital box to receive the channel.

How exactly are you trying to receive the signal? Via your antenna?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I am but all my other digital channels come in via the antenna without a set top box and they work fine.

Sorry Richard I'm not sure if this did not go through but am sending again - "Yes I am but all my other digital channels come in via the antenna without a set top box and they work fine". Tony

Thanks Tony.

The issue can be the local TV may now require a set top box.

What channel is this your not getting?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I am getting all digital channels without the use of a set top box but the network which has added an HD channel to its digital channels I thought as long as your TV broadcasts HD that it should tune to the channel because my belief is that HD is in the digital format. Sorry I haven't goit back to you earlier. Tony
